In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their orders and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows :

You have 21 days from the purchase date to obtain a refund for product downloads, product unlocks, and all other electronically delivered products. Since there is no physical product shipped, you are not required to send anything back to the Returns Department.

However, we do provide 24*7 support and will happily solve any technical issues you may have. All refund requests should be formally emailed to support@alltimehelp.com Refunds for electronically delivered products through All Time Help are typically applied to your debit or credit card within 5 - 7 business days, depending on banks. However, at times it may take more time in cases of overseas banks, extending upto 21 business days

Any cancellations done after the cooling-off period(21 days) by the client, for any reason, will lead to a full payment of the agreed price and immediate termination of the contract, unless otherwise mutually agreed between All Time Help (www.alltimehelp.com) and the Client.
